CLOVER MARKET FALL 23 APPLICATION

Hello and thank you for your interest in our Markets. Before you hit the green "Apply Now" button, please be sure you have read through the vendor info on the application page & read to the bottom of this page.

If you have not participated with us before, you will need 1 photo of your display (or a mockup if you're new to vending). Your product photos will be viewed on your website and/or social media pages. You will need one or the other; having both is optimal.

Key Application Dates:
Application Deadline: Mon. June 5 at 11 pm Eastern (firm)
Vendor Notifications Emailed: Mon. June 19
Vending Fees Due In Full: Thurs. June 22

Vending Fee:
The vending fee is $190 per Market for a standard 10' x 10' space. Shared spaces and doubles will be adjusted accordingly. There is no fee to apply.

1) I understand the cancellation policies (vendor initiated) and the severe weather cancellation (Clover Market initiated) policies. I understand that credits are not given for future events and there are no rain dates.

2) If selected, I will be an active partner in promoting the event and will post at least one sneak peek photo to my social media accounts (Instagram is preferred for reposts by Clover Market) in the week ahead of each Market. I will also share the Market information and graphics with my followers (emails, social media posts/stories, etc).

3) As the primary maker or business owner, I will be personally present to represent my business unless there is an extenuating circumstance which has been approved by Clover Market ahead of time each season (another event on the same day is not an extenuating circumstance).

4) I understand that white tents are required, and I need to provide my own setup including 40 lbs. of an approved weight type securely fastened on each leg.

5) If selected to vend, I know my full booth fee will be due in full on June 22 . If my payment isn't received, my space will be offered to another vendor.
